About Us

Formed in June 2007, the Safety Net Alliance is a collaboration of social service agencies and other entities committed to providing effective and efficient emergency assistance to Northern Kentucky residents in need.  Representatives of dozens of organizations attend monthly Safety Net meetings at the Brighton Center’s Family Center in Newport.

Since the SNA of Northern Kentucky held its first meeting in June 2007, over 50 local agencies, government groups, and non-profit organizations have joined as Members.

The Safety Net Alliance meets on the third Wednesday of every month. For specific information about meeting time and place visit the "Upcoming Events" page.

Initial funding for the SNA website was donated by The Butler Foundation, with the generous in-kind contribution of TiER1 Performance Solutions.
