Vision: To achieve regional cohesion in the access, delivery, and flow of safety net services.
Purpose: To create concrete strategies that increase the ability of integrated safety net services to be responsive and impactful.
Objectives:
To utilize cross agency service integration approaches that results in ease of access with the minimum amount of added burden on those we serve.
Strengthen communication and awareness of programs and services across the SNA partners.
Elevate best practices in service delivery, resulting in increased impact and quality of services.
Create program connectivity mechanisms and strategies to tighten the flow of services in targeted areas.
Lead conversations and seek out connections that enhance and sustain services through an effective funding strategy.
