Save A Life Day by Northern Kentucky Health Department
The Northern Kentucky Health Department will host "Save A Life Day" for the second year in a row on Thursday, September 24th.
"Save A Life Day" is a grassroots national day of action aimed at distributing as much naloxone as possible into the community while combating the stigma historically associated with substance use. The event originally started in West Virginia and now spans at least 1 county in all 50 states.
While the main goal is naloxone distribution, we also aim to provide attendees with as many health-related services and mutual aid as we can.

St. Elizabeth will be hosting our 4th Annual See Test Treat Event from 8am-12pm at the NEW Faith Community Health Network Clinic 601 Washington Ave, Newport, KY 41071
St. Elizabeth’s annual See, Test and Treat® event offers no-cost, on-site mammograms and cervical screenings to uninsured women throughout Northern Kentucky. St. Elizabeth Healthcare hosts the event with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Foundation grant and support.

10th Annual Veteran Appreciation Luncheon
St. Elizabeth is hosting their 10th Annual Veteran Appreciation Luncheon, a free event on November 4th honoring the sacrifices and bravery of our veterans. We would like to ensure that all veterans have access to this opportunity to be recognized and celebrated.
The luncheon will take place on November 4, 2026, from 10:00am-1:30pm in Erlanger, KY, and will include military ceremonies, community resources, a veteran photo tribute, and a complimentary meal.

SUPPORT OVER SILENCE FOR KIDS Training by Family Nurturing Center
Have you ever been in public and wanted to be helpful to caregivers and children? This training is for you!
An evidence-based, empathy driven program with a proven approach designed to be action-oriented. The training features a story telling model to identify ways to help others in stressful and awkward situations.
SUPPORT OVER SILENCE FOR KIDS uses the K.I.D.S. framework to encourage adults to resist the bystander effect and provide support for those around them.

Listening Session for Boone County Parents & Caregivers
The Northern Kentucky Health Department is hosting a listening session specifically for Boone County parents and caregivers on youth mental health and wellness, and we invite you to join us!
This session provides an open and supportive environment to hear directly from you about the challenges, concerns, and hopes you have regarding the mental health and wellness of youth in our community.
The listening session will take place on Tuesday, June 23rd from 6-7pm at the Boone County Public Library- Main Branch (1786 Burlington Pike Burlington, KY 41005.
