Strengthening Community Well-Being: Upcoming Trainings from Brighton Center & Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky through the Community Well-Being Supporter Credential (March–May 2026)

Communities thrive when people feel supported, connected, and confident responding to challenges together. Building Community Well-Being is offering a series of upcoming trainings designed to strengthen relationships, support families, and build practical skills that can be used across workplaces, organizations, and everyday community interactions.

These interactive sessions focus on real-world moments people encounter in their work and communities and provide practical tools that participants can immediately apply. Participants will explore how to:

• Recognize and respond to challenging moments with caregivers and families in supportive, constructive ways
• Strengthen trust and relationships that make communities safer and more resilient
• Turn everyday concerns into meaningful community action
• Understand and respond to trauma with approaches that promote stability and recovery
• Build confidence in navigating local resources and supporting others through complex situations

All trainings are open to community members and may be taken individually, making it easy to join the sessions most relevant to your work, interests, or community involvement.
